Biography
For over thirty years, Amy has prioritized taking a practical approach to litigation. In doing so, she has been successful in achieving her client’s goals in a cost effective and timely manner. Her broad practice areas make her adept at handling matters across a variety of industries and which raise complex legal and procedural issues.
Amy’s areas of practice include business torts, partnership/shareholder disputes, employment litigation, environmental litigation, franchise litigation, legal malpractice, class actions, consumer fraud, software litigation and insurance disputes. She has served as lead plaintiffs’ and defense counsel in class actions in the fields of consumer fraud, wage payment, and employee benefits. She handles matters in state and federal trial level and appellate courts, as well as in several alternative dispute resolution forums including JAMS and AAA.
Amy is a 1989 graduate of Penn State Smeal College of Business and received her Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law in 1992 from which she graduated with honors and received the George P. Williams Scholarship. While in law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
