Walter Weir, Jr., Managing Partner of Weir LLP, announced today that on December 30, 2025, the Honorable Judge Jeffrey G. Trauger, of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, entered an award in favor of its client in the amount of $13,351,207.12 at the conclusion of an 8-day bench trial centered on a highly contested business dispute involving plaintiff’s interests in numerous commercial real estate development entities and projects. The plaintiff was represented by an experienced trial team led by senior partner Steven E. Angstreich.
